HSBC to price market-linked notes tied to Hang Seng China Enterprises

Morgantown, W.Va., Jan. 31 – HSBC USA Inc. plans to price 0% market-linked notes due Feb. 9, 2023 linked to the Hang Seng China Enterprises index, according to an FWP filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The payout at maturity will be par plus any index gain, capped at 60%. If the index declines or finishes flat, investors will receive par.

HSBC Securities (USA) Inc. is the agent.

The notes will price on Feb. 5.

The Cusip number is 40435FTN7.
