New Issue: HSBC sells $1.35 million digital barrier notes on iShares MSCI EAFE

Morgantown, W.Va., Dec. 11 – HSBC USA Inc. priced $1.35 million of 0% digital barrier notes due Dec. 1, 2023 linked to the iShares MSCI EAFE exchange-traded fund, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

If the fund finishes at or above its initial level, the payout will be par plus the greater of the return and the minimum upside return of 56%.

If the fund falls by up to 30%, the payout will be par.

Otherwise, investors will be fully exposed to any losses.
