By Susanna Moon

Chicago, Nov. 13 – HSBC USA Inc. plans to price 0% barrier enhanced participation notes due Nov. 25, 2022 linked to the least performing of the Euro Stoxx 50 index and the iShares MSCI EAFE exchange-traded fund, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

HSBC Securities (USA) Inc. is the agent.

The notes will price on Nov. 20 and settle on Nov. 24.

The Cusip number is 40435FLR6.
