New Issue: HSBC sells $645,000 barrier AMPS on iShares MSCI Brazil Capped ETF

Morgantown, W.Va., June 14 – HSBC USA Inc. priced $645,000 of 0% barrier Accelerated Market Participation Securities due June 5, 2019 linked to the iShares MSCI Brazil Capped exchange-traded fund, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

If the fund return is positive, the payout at maturity will be par plus 2 times the fund return, subject to a maximum return of 39.5%. If the fund declines by 30% or less, the payout will be par. If the fund falls by more than 30%, investors will be fully exposed to the fund decline.
