New Issue: HSBC prices $1.14 million five-year buffered digital notes tied to Dow

Chicago, June 29 – HSBC USA Inc. priced $1.14 million of 0% buffered digital notes due June 30, 2021 linked to the Dow Jones industrial average, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

If each index finishes at or above the initial level, the payout at maturity will be par plus the digital return of 21%.

Investors will receive par if the index falls by up to 20% and will be exposed to any losses beyond the buffer.
