New Issue: HSBC prices $1.7 million two-year PLUS linked to iShares FTSE China

Chicago, Aug. 27 – HSBC USA Inc. priced $1.7 million of 0% Performance Leveraged Upside Securities due Aug. 29, 2016 linked to the iShares FTSE China Large-Cap exchange-traded fund, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The payout at maturity will be par of $10 plus double any gain in the fund, up to a maximum return of 46%.

Investors will be exposed to any losses.

HSBC Securities (USA) Inc. is the agent with Morgan Stanley Wealth Management as distributor.
