Madison, Wis., Jan. 22 - HSBC USA Inc. priced $4.95 million of 0% Accelerated Market Participation Securities due Jan. 22, 2016 linked to the iShares FTSE China Large-Cap exchange-traded fund, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The payout at maturity will be par plus double any gain in the fund, up to a maximum return of 50%.
Investors will be exposed to any losses.
