New Issue: HSBC prices $608,000 buffered AMPS linked to iShares MSCI EAFE

Chicago, July 30 - HSBC USA Inc. priced $608,000 of 0% buffered Accelerated Market Participation Securities due July 30, 2015 linked to the iShares MSCI EAFE index fund, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The payout at maturity will be par plus double any gain in the fund, up to a maximum return of 14%.

Investors will receive par if the shares fall by up to 10% and will be exposed to any losses beyond 10%.
