Seattle, Sept. 27 - HSBC USA Inc. priced $116,000 of 0% enhanced market participation notes due Sept. 30, 2008 linked to the Hang Seng index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The payout at maturity will be par plus triple any index gain, subject to a maximum return of 21.5%. Investors will be fully exposed to any index decline.
