New Issue: HSBC prices $3.4 million 10.33% autocallable yield notes on Nvidia

New York, Feb. 21 – HSBC USA Inc. priced $3.4 million of autocallable yield notes due Feb. 16, 2027 linked to the common stock of Nvidia Corp., according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The securities will be automatically called at par if the stock closes at or above its initial share price on any quarterly determination date after one year.

Investors will receive a coupon of 10.33%, paid quarterly.

If the stock gains or ends above its 60% downside threshold the payout at maturity will be par plus the coupon. Investors will lose 1% for every 1% that the stock declines if it finishes below its downside threshold level.
