New Issue: HSBC prices $1.02 million 0% dual directional buffered notes on S&P, Russell

New York, Dec. 22 – HSBC USA Inc. priced $1.02 million of 0% dual directional buffered notes due Sept. 22, 2025 linked to the S&P 500 index and Russell 2000 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

If the worst performing index gains the payout will be par plus 100% of the worst performing index return subject to a maximum return of par plus 39.8%.

The payout will be par plus the absolute value of the worst performing index return if the worst performing index declines but by no more than the 10% buffer.

Investors will lose 1% for every 1% that the worst performing index declines beyond the buffer.

The securities are non-callable.
