Buffalo, N.Y., Dec. 1 – HSBC USA Inc. priced $2.5 million of 15.02% autocallable yield notes due Dec. 28, 2023 linked to the stock performance United Airlines Holdings, Inc., according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
Interest is payable monthly.
The notes will be called at par if the stock closes at or above its initial level on any monthly call date after six months.
The payout at maturity will be par unless the stock finishes below its 65% trigger price, in which case investors will receive a number of shares equal to the principal divided by the initial share price.
