Fitch revises HSBC USA view to stable

Fitch Ratings said it affirmed the long-term issuer default ratings for HSBC USA, Inc. and its bank subsidiary, HSBC Bank USA, NA, at A+ and AA-, respectively.

The outlook for both entities was revised to stable from negative.

The short-term IDRs for both entities have been affirmed at F1+.

The rating action follows affirmation of the ratings, and revision of the outlook to stable from negative for ultimate parent HSBC Holdings plc, on Sept. 23.
