New Issue: HSBC sells $1 million buffered Accelerated Market Participation Securities on two indexes

Buffalo, N.Y., June 30 – HSBC USA Inc. priced $1 million of 0% buffered Accelerated Market Participation Securities due July 1, 2024 tied to the S&P 500 index and the Nasdaq-100 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The payout at maturity will be par plus 200% of any index gain, up to a maximum payout of par plus 29.35%.
Investors will receive par if the index falls by up to 20% and will lose 1% for each 1% decline beyond 20%.
