Chicago, April 26 – HSBC USA Inc. $613,000 of 0% barrier enhanced participation notes due April 8, 2026 linked to the iShares MSCI Emerging Markets exchange-traded fund and the Technology Select Sector SPDR fund, according to a 414B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The payout at maturity will be par plus 1.98 times any gain of the lesser performing ETF.
Investors will receive par if the lesser-performing ETF falls by up to 20% and will be fully exposed to the decline of the lesser performing ETF if it finishes below the 80% barrier level.
