New Issue: HSBC sells $974,000 buffered PLUS on Emerging Markets ETF

Chicago, March 12 – HSBC USA Inc. priced $974,000 of 0% buffered Performance Leveraged Upside Securities due March 3, 2022 linked to the iShares MSCI Emerging Markets exchange-traded fund, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The payout at maturity will be par of $10.00 plus double any fund gain, up to a maximum payment of $11.65 per PLUS.

Investors will receive par if the fund falls by up to 10% and will be exposed to any losses beyond the buffer.

HSBC Securities (USA) Inc. is the agent with Morgan Stanley Wealth Management handling distribution.
