New Issue: HSBC Mexico sells UDI 151 million of certificados bursatiles at 5%

New York, Dec. 19 - HSBC Mexico sold UDI 151 million of 27-year certificados bursatiles (Aaa/mxAAA) to yield 5%.

Casa de Bolsa Banorte SA de CV was the auction agent.

The issuer, based in Mexico City, is a financial arm of HSBC in Mexico.

Issuer: HSBC Mexico SA

Amount: UDI 151 million, equivalent to Ps. 550 million

Issue: Certificados bursatiles

Maturity: Dec. 15, 2032

Interest rate: 5%

Auction date: Dec. 19

Settlement date: Dec. 20
