HSBC calls €1.25 billion 1.5% fixed-to-floaters due 2024

Lexington, Ky., Oct. 18 – HSBC Holdings plc issued a notice of redemption for its outstanding €1.25 billion 1.5% fixed-to-floating rate notes due 2024 (ISIN: XS1917601582), according to a 6-K filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes will be redeemed on Dec. 4 at €1,000 per calculation amount plus accrued interest from Dec. 4, 2022 to, but excluding, the redemption date.

The notes will be canceled and delisted from the London Stock Exchange on or shortly after Dec. 5.

The financial services group is based in London.
