Fitch removes HSBC Canada from watch
Fitch Ratings removed the rating watch negative on HSBC Bank Canada’s long-term issuer default rating. The long-term IDR was affirmed with a stable outlook. The bank’s other ratings are unaffected by this rating action.
This rating action follows Fitch’s removal of the RWN on the bank’s parent HSBC Holdings plc’s long-term IDR. HSBC Holdings’ long-term IDR was affirmed with a stable outlook.
