Moody's affirms HRPT

Moody's Investors Service said it affirmed HRPT Properties Trust's senior unsecured debt ratings at Baa2.

The outlook is stable.

The affirmation follows HRPT's recent announcement of an initial public offering for 50.1% of its wholly owned subsidiary Government Properties Income Trust, according to the agency.
