HRP Myrtle Beach Holdings Chapter 7 bankruptcy case closed by court

Pittsburgh, April 17 – HRP Myrtle Beach Holdings, LLC’s Chapter 7 bankruptcy case was closed on April 16 by the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware.

According to the order closing the case, the company’s Chapter 7 trustee filed a report of no distribution, and the trustee “has performed all other and further duties required of him in the administration of this estate.”

HRP is the Myrtle Beach, S.C.-based parent of Hard Rock Park. The company filed for bankruptcy on Sept. 24, 2008, and its Chapter 7 case number is 08-12193.
