Chicago, Dec. 14– Citigroup Global Markets Holdings Inc. priced $1.5 million of equity-linked securities due April 5, 2023 tied to the least performing of the shares of H&R Block, Inc., Walt Disney Co. and YETI Holdings, Inc., according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes are guaranteed by Citigroup Inc.

The notes carry a coupon of 11.05% per year, payable monthly.

If each stock finishes at or above 60% of its initial level, the payout at maturity will be par plus the final fixed coupon. Otherwise, investors will be fully exposed to the losses of the worst performer.
