American Campus to fully repay revolver via common stock offering

Norfolk, Va., Feb. 1 – American Campus Communities, Inc. plans to repay the full outstanding balance on its revolving credit facility with the proceeds from a public offering of 13 million shares of its common stock, according to a press release.

The real estate investment trust for student housing is based in Austin, Texas.
