New York, July 10 - The Housing and Development Board (HDB) said it issued S$500 million of fixed-rate notes under its S$7 billion medium-term note program.
The notes were divided into two tranches of S$400 million in five-year 3.805% notes and S$100 million in 10-year 3.995% notes, according to the company's web site.
The lead manager was the Singapore branch of BNP Paribas.
The issuer is Singapore's public housing authority.
