Financial & Investment Management reports 10.32% passive stake in Housevalues

Philadelphia, Oct. 20 - Financial & Investment Management Group, Ltd. reported a 10.32% stake in Housevalues Inc. as of Sept. 30, according to an SC 13G filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The passive holding represents 2,504,295 shares of common stock.

Housevalues is a Kirkland, Wash., provider of software products and web sites about home buying and selling for consumers and real estate professionals.
