House of Fraser: Discussions continue to obtain investment by Aug. 20

Pittsburgh, Aug. 9 – House of Fraser (Funding) plc announced Thursday that discussions with interested investors and its main secured creditors are continuing.

The company said the parties are focused on concluding the talks as quickly as possible to enable receipt of a required investment by no later than Aug. 20.

House of Fraser is a London-based department store company.
