American Broadband gets $200 million credit facility

New York, Nov. 19 - American Broadband Holding Co. closed on a new $200 million senior credit facility, according to a news release.

Ares Capital Corp. acted as the lead arranger on the deal, which includes a term loan and an acquisition facility.

American Broadband is a Charlotte, N.C.-based acquirer and operator of local exchange carriers and related businesses in rural markets.
