American Broadband recapitalizes with $75 million floating term loan

Chicago, Sept. 12 - American Broadband Communications, LLC obtained a $75 million floating-rate senior-secured term loan for its recapitalization, according to a press release by the lender, Prospect Capital Corp.

American Broadband is a Matthews, N.C.-based provider of voice, video and high-speed internet services in rural markets in Alaska, the Southcentral United States and the Midwestern United States.
