Host Hotels plans 10-year fixed-rate green notes via six bookrunners

Knoxville, Tenn., Sept. 12 – Host Hotels & Resorts, LP expects to price fixed-rate green series H senior notes due 2029, according to a 424B5 filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes feature a make-whole call and then a par call.

Wells Fargo Securities LLC, Deutsche Bank Securities Inc., Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC, BofA Securities, Inc., J.P. Morgan Securities LLC and Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC are the bookrunners.

Proceeds will be used for eligible green projects.

Host Hotels is a real estate investment trust based in Bethesda, Md., that owns and operates hotel properties.
