Host Hotels to redeem $400 million of its 6 3/8% notes on Aug. 27

Minneapolis, July 26 - Host Hotels & Resorts, Inc. and Host Hotels & Resorts, LP plans to redeem $400 million of its 6 3/8% series O senior notes due 2015, according to an 8-K filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes will be redeemed on Aug. 27.

Host Hotels is a real estate investment trust based in Bethesda, Md., that owns and operates hotel properties.
