Hospitality Staffing granted 65-day exclusivity extension to ease sale

New York, March 25 - Hospitality Staffing Solutions Group, LLC obtained approval for a 65-day extension of its exclusive plan of reorganization filing and acceptance periods, according to a Monday order with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware.

The company's filing period was extended through April 28 from Feb. 21 and its acceptance period through June 23 from April 22.

As previously reported, the company requested the extension to execute an efficient and complete transition of its business to its lender HS Solutions, which purchased the company in October 2013.

Hospitality Staffing, an Atlanta-based provider of hospitality staffing services to hotels, resorts and casinos, filed for bankruptcy on Oct. 23. The Chapter 11 case number is 13-12740.
