Knoxville, Tenn., Jan. 30 – Hospitality Properties Trust expects to price fixed-rate senior notes due 2030, according to a 424B5 filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes feature a make-whole call until six months prior to maturity and then a par call.

Citigroup Global Markets Inc., BofA Merrill Lynch, PNC Capital Markets LLC, Regions Securities LLC and U.S. Bancorp Investments Inc. are the bookrunners.

Proceeds will be used to repay debt under the company’s revolving credit facility and for general business purposes.
