Hornbach talks €250 million seven-year notes with yield in 4½% area

Portland, Ore., Feb. 6 - Germany-based do-it-yourself retailer Hornbach-Baumarkt AG talked its €250 million offering of seven-year senior notes (Ba2/BB+) with a yield in the 4½% area, a market source said on Wednesday.

Commerzbank, HSBC and UniCredit are the leads.

Proceeds will be used to refinance the company's 6 1/8% notes due 2014.
