Horizon PCS $175 million 10-year notes talk at 13½%-13¾%

St. Louis, Mo., Dec. 3 - Price talk of 13½%-13¾% emerged Monday on Horizon PCS Inc.'s offering of $175 million of 10-year senior notes (Caa1), syndicate sources told Prospect News.

The deal, via bookrunner Credit Suisse First Boston, joint lead manager Wachovia Securities abd co-managers Bear Stearns & Co. and Lehman Brothers is expected to price Dec. 4, sources said.

The Rule 144A offering will be non-callable for five years.
