China's Hopson plans to start roadshow for dollar notes on Wednesday

Columbus, Ohio, June 17 – China's Hopson Development Holdings Ltd. plans to start a roadshow for a planned international issue of dollar-denominated senior notes on Wednesday, according to a notice.

China International Capital Corporation, HSBC, Silk Road International, CCB International, Haitong International and Bank of China are the global coordinators and are joined as lead arrangers and bookrunners by DBS Bank Ltd., Bank of East Asia, Ltd., ABC International and Orient Securities (Hong Kong).

The Regulation S deal is subject to market conditions, and proceeds would be used for project investments, constructions, refinancing and general corporate purposes.

Hopson is a real estate company based in Guangzhou, China.
