Hoover City Board of Education, Ala., to price $116.14 million capital outlay warrants Wednesday

New York, July 26 - The Hoover City Board of Education in Alabama is set to price $116.14 million in series 2010 capital outlay warrants on Wednesday, according to a preliminary official statement.

The warrants will be sold competitively with First National Banker's Bank Capital Markets as the financial adviser.

The warrants are due 2014 to 2017 and 2028 to 2040.

Proceeds will be used to refund a portion of the board's series 2001 capital outlay tax anticipation warrants, series 2002 capital outlay tax anticipation refunding warrants and 2002A capital outlay tax anticipation warrants.
