Morgantown, W.Va., July 28 – Hon Hai Precision Industry Co., Ltd. announced it priced NT$9 billion of bonds in seven tranches.
The bonds were priced at par with maturities of two, three, four, five, six, seven and 10 years. The breakdown of the tranches was not disclosed.
The two-year bonds have a coupon of 0.78%; the three-year bonds have a coupon of 0.9%; the four-year bonds have a coupon of 0.98%; the five-year bonds have a coupon of 1.04%; the six-year bonds have a coupon of 1.18%; the seven-year bonds have a coupon of 1.3%; and the 10-year bonds have a coupon of 1.52%.
MasterLink Securities Corp. is the lead underwriter.
This is the company’s second corporate bond issue for 2017.
Proceeds will be used to pay down short-term debt.
Hon Hai Precision is a Tu-cheng, Taiwan, manufacturer of computer connectors, cable assemblies and enclosures.
