Columbus, Ohio, Jan. 10 – Hon Hai Precision Industry Co., Ltd. priced a combined NT$11.4 billion of bonds in three tranches, according to a notice.
The issuer sold NT$900 million of three-year series A bonds at par to yield 1.68%.
Hon Hai also priced NT$9.3 billion of five-year series B bonds at par to yield 1.8%.
In addition, the company priced NT$1.2 billion of 10-year series C bonds at par to yield 1.9%.
Hon Hai Precision is a Tu-cheng, Taiwan, manufacturer of computer connectors, cable assemblies and enclosures.
