Buffalo, N.Y., Nov. 16 – Hong Kong Mortgage Corp. Ltd. priced HK$312 million of 5% notes due 2023 at par, according to a listing notice with an appended offering circular on Wednesday.
The notes are issued under the company’s $30 billion medium-term note program.
Credit Agricole CIB is the dealer for the Regulation S offering.
Listing for the notes is expected on the Hong Kong Exchange effective Nov. 16.
Hong Kong Mortgage is a government-controlled buyer of home loans.
