S&P rates Hong Kong Mortgage social notes AA+

S&P said it assigned its AA+ long-term issue rating to Hong Kong Mortgage Corp. Ltd.'s proposed senior notes.

The offering will include two-year notes denominated in Hong Kong dollars and three-year notes denominated in Chinese renminbi.

“The issue rating on the notes reflects our long-term issuer credit rating on HKMC (AA+/stable/A-1+),” S&P said in a news release.
