New Issue: Hong Kong Mortgage sells HK$920 million of 0.91%, 0.93% notes due 2023

Olympia, Wash., July 17 – Hong Kong Mortgage Corp. Ltd. priced HK$420 million of 0.91% notes due July 2023 and HK$500 million of 0.93% notes due July 2023, according to notices of listing on the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Ltd.

Australia and New Zealand Banking Group Ltd. is the dealer for the 0.91% notes and Standard Chartered Bank (Hong Kong) Ltd. is the dealer for the 0.93% notes.

Both series are being issued out of the company’s $12 billion medium-term note program.

Listing is expected to become effective on Monday.

Hong Kong Mortgage is a government-controlled buyer of home loans.
