Fitch affirms Hong Kong Link

Fitch Ratings said it affirmed the ratings on three classes of notes and bonds issued by Hong Kong Link 2004 Ltd., a securitization of revenues from toll roads, including its class A2 notes due 2016 at AA+, tranche B retail bonds due 2009 at AA+, tranche C retail bonds due 2011 at AA+. Its tranche A notes were paid in full on May 7.

The affirmations are based on the company's robust cash flows, sound economic environment and stable debt service coverage ratio, Fitch said.
