New Issue: Hong Kong and China Gas prices $300 million 4¾% perpetual notes at par

Atlanta, Jan. 22 - Hong Kong and China Gas Co. (Towngas) priced $300 million 4¾% perpetual notes (expected ratings: A3/A-/) at par to yield 4¾%, a market source said.

The notes were talked at a yield in the 5% area.

HSBC, JPMorgan and Morgan Stanley were the bookrunners for the Regulation S deal.
