New Issue: Hong Kong auctions HK$800 million 1.61% bonds

New York, Dec. 9 - Hong Kong announced the results of its auction of HK$800 million of Exchange Fund notes held on Tuesday.

Hong Kong auctioned HK$800 million of 1.61% notes due Dec.10, 2018 at an average yield of 1.62%.

The average accepted price was 99.94 and the lowest accepted was 99.63.

A total of HK$3.35 billion of demand was received, and the pro rata ratio factor was about 85%.
