Moody's: Honeywell unchanged

Moody's Investors Service said that Honeywell International Inc.'s plans for another $600 million voluntary contribution to its pension plans does not affect the A2 long-term rating or negative outlook.

The contribution partly offsets an expected rise in pension obligations and is consistent with Moody's view that Honeywell will de-lever by steadily reducing debt to establish sustainable credit metrics, the agency said.
