Moody's: Honeywell unaffected

Moody's Investors Service said it said that Honeywell International Inc.'s planned acquisition of Regel + Messtechnik Group for about $400 million does not affect the A2 senior unsecured debt rating.

The last rating action on Honeywell was an assignment of an A2 rating to the company's senior unsecured notes on Feb. 23, the agency said.
