Honeywell intends to price fixed-rate senior notes in three parts

Knoxville, Tenn., May 14 – Honeywell International Inc. plans to offer fixed-rate senior notes (//A) in three tranches, according to a 424B5 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes will have make-whole calls and par calls.

BofA Securities Inc., Citigroup Global Markets Inc., J.P. Morgan Securities LLC and Wells Fargo Securities LLC are the bookrunners.

Proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes.

Honeywell is a technology and manufacturing company based in Morristown, N.J.
