New Issue: Honduras prices $700 million of 6¼% notes due 2027 at par

Atlanta, Jan. 12 – Honduras priced $700 million of 6¼% notes due 2027 (/B+/) at par to yield 6¼%, a market source said.
BofA Merrill Lynch and Citigroup were the bookrunners for the deal.
The proceeds from the issuance will be loaned to National Electric Energy Co. for the repayment of account payables owed to suppliers and to repay other indebtedness.
