Fitch: Home Trust notes BBB
Fitch Ratings said it has assigned Home Trust Co.'s C$300 million of 3.4% senior unsecured notes due Dec. 10, 2018 a rating of BBB.
The company is a federally regulated trust subsidiary of Home Capital Group.
The ratings assigned to the notes are equalized with Home Trust's long-term issuer default rating of BBB, the agency said.
The rating of the notes is sensitive to any change in the issuer default rating, which is equalized to that of the parent.
