Home Interiors & Gifts extends waiver of leverage, interest coverage ratios

New York, Dec. 1 - Home Interiors & Gifts Inc. extended the waiver to Dec. 15 regarding compliance with the consolidated leverage ratio and the consolidated interest coverage ratio, according to an 8-K filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission Thursday.

The waiver extension was completed on Nov. 28.

JPMorgan is the administrative agent on the deal.

Home Interiors & Gifts is a Dallas-based integrated manufacturer and distributor of home decorative accessories.
